Question: What version (level) of VinylMaster is right for me?

Question: Can I download the software after I purchase?
Yes, you will instantly receive your Product Serial Number (PSN) and links to download the software to install and Activate it once your payment is processed.
Question: Is there a demo?

Question: Do I get discs?
No, we no longer ship discs as these become out of date so quickly. Downloads are up 24/7/365 and there are no restrictions. Download whenever you need to.
Question: What is an upgrade license?
A discount provided for existing licensees of VinylMaster software that purchase a later version of VinylMaster.
Question: Are there any ongoing monthly or yearly fees?
If you buy a full license and pay upfront, there are no ongoing fees.
If you buy and pay overtime, your payments are monthly and when completed you will own the software license outright.
If you subscribe, your payments are monthly until canceled by you (at any time). The advantage with a subscription is that you will receive full upgrades at no extra charge for a low monthly fee.
Question: Can I return the software?
If you buy a new license and pay upfront you may return the software for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
If you buy an upgrade license there is no refund period because an upgrade is a conditional sale. This means that an existing (old) Product Serial Number (PSN) must be provided in order to get the discount, and the old PSN is automatically cancelled when the new PSN is issued. As such, download the Demo and try before you buy to make certain the upgrade is right for you.
If you buy a pay overtime license, you can suspend your payments for any reason for up to 12 months at a time.
If you buy a subscription license, you can cancel and reinstate your PSN at any time.
Question: If I upgrade, will I have to setup my cutter again?
No, so long as you run the upgrade without uninstalling or deleting any program files your cutter drivers and settings will remain as they were.
Question: Can I use VinylMaster on more than one (1) computer?
You can install VinylMaster onto as many computers as you like and then design your work and save it off. However, if you want to output from a particular computer then it needs to be Activated and you get one Activation per license.
Please note: You can always Deactivate a computer and Activate another as many times as you like.

I have been using VinylMaster for around 6 years. I started off with version 1.0 and was hooked. Over the years I’ve only upgraded a couple of times, going from 1 to 3 and just recently to 4. With each version I soon discovered how much it’s been improved. Since then I have tried the more expensive sign software from Signlab and Flexi and I’ve kept going back to VinylMaster. I like how familiar they’ve kept the interface while upgrading the many features and now it is packed with tons of features that I feel rivals everyone. I’m also very pleased that compared to the other sign software, it has a more affordable price and still delivers a high quality product – big VinylMaster Fan!
I run a busy sign shop and have to produce quality designs and fast! vinyl master was introduced to me a couple of years ago by a buddy of mine and I thought nothing of it at the time, but he insisted I try it and installed it on my design system and man it was the best thing he ever did! We installed it on all our systems and run 5 pro licenses and I just took a look at dsr and we’re upgrading! it’s the bees knees! Thanks guys
I’m a graphics designer in a small firm and just love using VinylMaster Ltr for our sign artwork and for cutting vinyl. It’s just so easy to use and then layout my designs which saves me so much time compared to using Corel or Illy which just don’t have the cool sign tools in VinylMaster. Now we’ve just upgraded to Pro with the cut documents feature which is the best feature yet and I keep finding more tools every time I use it. Great software love it!
